Howdy, it's Friday!

 

Thank you to everyone that came out to the meeting on Monday. One of our members spoke about the need for volunteers at Cooking 4 Courage, an event on Veteran's Day Weekend in which some of the proceeds go to the Lone Survivor Foundation (the flier is attached below, and you can contact Deah at deahm@stuact.tamu.edu for more information). As always, the presentation is attached to this email.

Remember, if you would like to become a member of TAMU LSF, please fill out the Google Doc (if you haven't already)! It takes about a minute and ensures we have your information so things can move as smoothly as possible.

 

Dues

The deadline to pay dues this semester and receive a member shirt has now passed. As you know, however, we take members year round, so dues are now prorated to $15! This will go towards socials, tailgates, etc. Even though you will not receive a member shirt if you pay dues now, rumor has it the member shirts will be up for sale at a later date, so you won't miss out! You may pay in cash, check, card, or via PayPal. Please direct all questions or concerns regarding dues to Thomas (schepmann@tamu.edu).

 

Chick-fil-A Profit Share

Our next profit share is this Monday (10/29) at the Chick-fil-A at 1719 Texas Ave S - get excited! It's from 5-8pm, and all you have to do is drop your receipt in the bucket at our table near the register. Grab your buddies and come on out! Also, please share our Facebook Event for the profit share as well as invite your friends!

Rescheduling Events

Both the Arrowhead Shooting Social and Street Clean Up were cancelled due to inclement weather. These events will be rescheduled for December 1st and December 8th. Once everything is set in stone, we will let you know what is happening when!
